President's Testimony

• About seven years ago, with support from Baltimore City and the business community, UMB began developing a research park on some 4.7 acres of ground across Martin Luther King Boulevard from the main campus.  During that time period the UMB BioPark made remarkable progress from initial concept to breaking ground for buildings 3 and 4 later this spring.  [Chart 14] - [Chart 15]
